Professor Kehua Guo, Deputy Director Central South University
He is the deputy Director of The Department of Development Planning and Discipline Construction of Central South University, the Top Young Talent of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, The Lotus Scholar of Hunan Province, the winner of the Outstanding Youth Fund of Hunan Province, and the second prize of Hunan Provincial Technological Invention Award (ranked first). He has won the second prize of Technological Invention Award of Hunan Province (ranked no.1). He has presided over 3 national Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in 1 key RESEARCH and development program of Ministry of Science and Technology as the subject backbone, presided over 1 sub-project of national international science and technology cooperation project, 4 provincial and ministerial research projects, 10 local government and horizontal technical cooperation projects, etc. In recent years, as the first author or corresponding author, he has published 30 papers on internationally renowned journals or conferences, 29 of which were retrieved by SCI, including 13 papers in JCR1 area, 2 papers with an impact factor greater than 10, and the average impact factor of the top five papers was 11. He has applied for 13 patents and granted 7 patents as the first inventor. He is a member of the program committee of many international conferences and a guest editor of many well-known SCI journals. He has been engaged in the research of artificial intelligence, big data, intelligent computing and other fields for a long time. He is the evaluation expert of national Science and Technology Award, Ministry of Education Science and Technology Award, National Key RESEARCH and development Program and National Natural Science Foundation of China. | |

Professor Hongzhi Wang Harbin Institute of Technology I am the head of massive data computing center and the vice dean of the honors school of Harbin Institute of Technology, the secretary general of ACM SIGMOD China, outstanding CCF member, a standing committee member CCF databases and a member of CCF big data committee. Research Fields include big data management and analysis, database systems, knowledge engineering and data quality. I were “starring track” visiting professor at MSRA and postdoctoral fellow at University of California, Irvine. I have been PI for more than 10 national or international projects including NSFC key project, NSFC projects and National Technical support project, and co-PI for more than 10 national projects including NSFC key projects. He also serves as a member of ACM Data Science Task Force. I have won First natural science prize of Heilongjiang Province, MOE technological First award, Microsoft Fellowship, IBM PHD Fellowship and Chinese excellent database engineer. My publications include over 300 papers in the journals and conferences such as VLDB Journal, IEEE TKDE, VLDB, SIGMOD, ICDE and SIGIR, 6 books and 6 book chapters. My PHD thesis was elected to be outstanding PHD dissertation of CCF and Harbin Institute of Technology. I sever as the reviewer of more than 20 international journal including VLDB Journal, IEEE TKDE, and PC members of over 50 international conferences including SIGMOD 2022, VLDB 2021, KDD 2021, ICML 2021, NeurpIS 2020, ICDE 2020, etc. |

Professor Shyam Bihari Goyal City University Malaysia
Dr. Goyal completed PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from one of the top 25 Universities in India in 2012. Having served in various institutions in different academic and administrative positions, he now has 20 years’ of experience in teaching and guiding students from various countries. His notable accomplishments throughout the career are numerous. Along with that, he was also the first person to introduce IR 4.0 including Blockchain technology in the academic curriculum in Malaysian Universities. Working at City University for nearly 5 years now, Dr. Goyal holds an impeccable record of delivering various lectures & seminars to the students. He had published more than 200+ peer reviewed articles in the Scopus conference proceeings or SCIE International Journals. He received 7 patent rights for his own science innovation, won couple of international awards related to Information Technology, to mention a few - Best Paper Presenter Award by Computer Society of India, Best Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Branch Counsellor Award, Indian Overseas Best Dean of the Year Award by International Academic and Research. Professor Raja Sarath Kumar Boddu Lenora College of Engineering
I, Prof. Raja Sarath Kumar Boddu (https://www.rajaboddu.com/), presently working as a Professor, Faculty of Computer Science and Principal at Lenora College of Engineering (http://www.lce.ac.in) with 21 years of experience in Engineering Education and ratified my services in the cadre of ‘Principal’ by JNT University, Kakinada. I have authored 5 books Computer Science and published 50 research papers. I have invented 7 Computer Science patents. I did, PGCBA (Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration) from IIM-V (Indian Institute of Management – Visakhapatnam) in Business Administration, Ph.D. and Master’s from Andhra University in Computer Science, Visakhapatnam. I have supervised 16 PG and 10 groups of UG dissertations and I am a frequent speaker at international conferences and travelled 4 countries on research work. As a teacher, I have gained valuable experience leading under graduate and post graduate discussion sections. In addition to classroom instruction, I have advised students on appropriate research topics and evaluated their work. Rather than simply lecturing to a class, I strive to cultivate an interactive environment in which students can express themselves freely while learning to engage with the past in meaningful ways. I feel that it is my responsibility to uphold mentioned standards and to encourage and challenge students to work up to their potential. I am a Fellow of IEI(India), Senior Member of IEEE and ACM, and Life Member of IETE, ISCA and CSI.
